William Monette had over 20 years of experience working on former MPG Sites. He is currently managing several former MGP Sites for National Grid and provides technical support to other utilities in the Midwest. Mr. Monette has over 20 years of expertise in geotechnical and foundation engineering, geosynthetics, and geoenvironmental design. He has held lead geotechnical responsibility for subsurface investigations and has designed numerous deep and shallow foundations systems as well as landfill cap and closure systems. He has led berm stability evaluations and studies and participated in several dam safety programs. He is a subject matter expert in geotechnical engineering and leading the geotechnical engineering practice for several international projects. He is currently serving as the Engineer of Record and is responsible for managing several projects and leading the geotechnical and geoenvironmental design of complex projects including retaining walls, deep foundations, closures, liners, and stabilization. Mr. Monette has extensive experience with leading projects from pre-design investigations into design and through construction and implementation. Mr. Monette has extensive relationships with clients throughout the life cycle of a project, and continues client contact following project completion.
