Sean Carroll is an engineer, hydrologist, and project manager with Haley & Aldrich.  His B.S. was in Civil Engineering from the University of Notre Dame; his M.S. was in Hydrology and Water Resources from the University of Arizona in Tucson, and he is registered as a Professional Engineer in Massachusetts and a Licensed Environmental Professional in Connecticut.  His primary career focus has been on subsurface characterization, remedial investigation, and sediment remediation, particularly assessment and remediation of former manufactured gas plant sites.
