Joe Foglio has more than 35 years of remedial action design and construction experience and has been an integral part of GZA’s MGP program since 2001.  He is co-leader of GZA’s Construction Management (CM) practice and a key member of peer review teams focusing on remedial action selection and constructability.   He functions as the Principal-in-Charge on multiple large scale MGP and other remediation projects with overall responsibility for: identifying remedial alternatives; probabilistic cost estimating; developing performance-based plans and specifications; contractor procurement, scheduling and construction management.   His experience includes managing both CM at Risk and CM as Agent remedial construction projects as well as fast-track design/bid/build and design/build remediation projects involving a variety of in-situ and ex-situ treatment technologies.   He serves on the Energy & Environment committee of the Associated General Contractors (AGC) of America and on the Water, Energy and Environment committee of the American Consulting Engineering Companies (ACEC).
