Our goal for MGP Conference 2027 is to make this technical conference a valuable experience for all attendees.  This includes utilities, regulators, consultants, contractors, and vendors.  

Full Conference Registration includes:

• Conference packet including Conference Program and Conference Name Badge
• Two continental breakfasts (Tuesday and Wednesday Morning)
• Lunch (Wednesday)
• Monday Evening Reception
• Refreshment breaks
• Admission to all presentations, exhibitions, and posters 
• Eligibility to Loews Philadelphia Hotel room block reduced rate (based on availability)

Notes:
Tickets can be purchased through Eventbrite, our payment platform. Conference registration fees do not include lodging, travel, or any other fees associated with your stay.  Cancellation and refund policies are described on the Eventbrite registration page.

MGP Conference 2024 Cancellation Policy

Full refunds for attendees, sponsors, and exhibitors will be provided for those cancellations received in writing via email to Ryan Sheaffer at rsheaffer@geiconsultants.com on or before March 13, 2027. No refunds will be made after this date. In case of conference cancellation, MGP Conference 2027 liability is limited to refund of the conference registration fee exclusive of all credit card fees. The MGP Conference organizers reserve the right to alter this policy at any time.
