Patrick Kenny is a Principal Environmental Consultant in the remediation team at WEC Energy Group. He is responsible for managing environmental investigation and remediation projects within the federal program. In his 4 years at WEC Energy Group, he has overseen both upland and sediment remediation projects which have involved cross functional teams to manage agency, customer, real estate and environmental justice goals. Patrick also leads WEC Energy Group’s sediment management strategy. In previous roles prior to the owner side, Patrick was and environmental consultant project manager with experience in the utility and the oil and gas industries.

Patrick earned a bachelor degree from University College Dublin and master’s degree from Imperial College London. He spent 7 years as an environmental consultant in Europe prior to transferring to the U.S. in 2011. Patrick serves as a co-chair of Next Generation Network and committee member and former chair of MEA Environmental Leadership Group.
