Matt O’Neil is a Vice President and Senior Remediation Engineer with GEI Consultants, Inc. specializing in environmental site remediation for a variety of industrial clients. Matt has provided planning, design, and regulatory support on over 50 MGP sites while at GEI working with utilities in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, and Rhode Island. Matt earned a BS in Environmental Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
