Robert O’Neill is a Managing Geologist with Brown and Caldwell. He has 30 years of experience with investigation and remediation projects at industrial facilities, MGP sites and landfills. BS and MS degrees in Geology from Lehigh University. Was on the ITRC team for developing the guidance on the “Characterization and Remediation of Fractured Rock” and is currently on the ITRC “Advanced Site Characterization Tools” team. Worked in petroleum exploration and development for 3 years, and served 16 years as a reservist in the US Navy Seabees, including serving on a Navy water well drilling team.
