Walk-In Attendee Registration Pricing will be in effect from October 16, 12 noon EST,
through the end of the conference.

Our goal for MGP Conference 2024 is to make this technical conference a valuable experience for all attendees.  This includes utilities, regulators, consultants, contractors, and vendors.

• Refreshment breaks
• Admission to all presentations, exhibitions, and posters
• Access to Hyatt Regency Atlanta room block reduced rate (based on availability) The Hyatt is now fully booked. A list of nearby hotels can be found on the Accomodations page.

Conference registration fees do not include lodging, travel, or any other fees associated with your stay.

MGP Conference 2024 Cancellation Policy

Full refunds for attendees, sponsors, and exhibitors will be provided for those cancellations received in writing via email to dkopcow@geiconsultants.com on or before September 17, 2024. No refunds will be made after this date. In case of conference cancellation, MGP Conference 2024 liability is limited to refund of the conference registration fee exclusive of all credit card fees. The MGP Conference organizers reserve the right to alter this policy at any time.
