Terry Young is a Professional engineer with over 33 years of experience in environmental engineering design and construction; administration of contracts; peer review services; and management of environmental programs. He has served as the environmental program manager at an international utility, which included over 50 MGP sites and required coordination between multiple utility companies to shape various environmental laws, rules and regulations.  He has served as the Engineer in Responsible Charge for a number of large, complex multi-firm MGP remedial design and construction projects and has led the engagement of State and Federal regulators for those projects.
