Steve Atter manages AECOM’s New England remediation practice.  He is a registered professional civil engineer with over 30 years of site investigation, remedial design and construction experience on complex environmental projects for industrial, commercial and government clients throughout the United States.  Mr. Atter has extensive experience working at former manufactured gas plant (MGP) sites in various roles including project manager, engineer-of-record, and lead construction quality assurance monitor.  His technical expertise includes soil and sediment excavation/remediation and containment system design and construction.
