We value all our exhibitors and have organized our MGP Conference 2019 to highlight the exhibitors. Our exhibit space will be next door on the same floor as our presentation space. Further, breakfast, breaks, and receptions will be held in the exhibit space to maximize networking opportunities. Lastly, we will utilize our website platform and conference phone app to maximize exhibitor presence and networking opportunities.

Each exhibitor package includes:
• Booth location: First-come basis
• Exhibit booth – 8′ X 10′
• One 6’ table and 2 chairs
• 1 complimentary registration
• Company listing in Conference Program
• Logo on Conference website with link to Exhibitor site
• List of Attendees with full contact info (post conference)
Full refunds for attendees, sponsors, and exhibitors will be provided for those cancellations received in writing via email to firstname.lastname@example.org on or before September 7, 2019. No refunds will be made after this date. In case of conference cancellation, MGP Conference 2019 liability is limited to refund of the exhibitor fee exclusive of all credit card fees. The MGP Conference organizers reserve the right to alter this policy at any time.
Exhibitors shall provide the following insurance coverage during pre-Exhibit set-up, the Exhibit and/or Meeting Dates and post-Exhibit break-down periods.
a) Commercial General Liability with minimum limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence (combined single limits for Bodily Injury and Property Damage). Coverage shall include Broad Form Contractual Liability and Products and Completed Operations.
b) Auto Liability, as applicable, with minimum limits of $1,000,000 Combined Single Limit for Bodily Injury and Property Damage.
c) Worker’s Compensation with Statutory Limits for the jurisdiction within which work is performed. Employer Liability with minimum limits of $1,000,000.
All above policies shall be issued by insurance company or companies which are authorized to do business in Pennsylvania and have a minimum A.M. Best & Co. rating of “A ; X”. All such insurance shall be issued on a primary and non-contributory basis, contain a Waiver of Subrogation in favor of the Additional Insureds and not be cancelable, terminable or subject to material change without thirty (30) days’ prior written notice to the Hotel. All such insurance, with the exception of Worker’s Compensation, shall name the Hotel, Hotel Owner, Hotel Operator, Employer Company (if applicable) as Additional Insureds. A Certificate of Insurance, in form and substance satisfactory to the Hotel and evidencing the required coverage, shall be provided to the Hotel prior to the commencement of work. A combination of primary liability and umbrella liability insurance may apply to meet the minimum limits of insurance required under this Contract.
